Role Overview:

As a Home Health Aide at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure the comfort and safety of the individuals we serve, making meaningful connections while providing essential services. This is an on-site position, requiring your presence to positively impact the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Collaborate with the caregiving team to develop personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, promoting trust and comfort.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Experience in providing personal care or home health services.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Compassion and integrity in dealing with clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Competence in maintaining client confidentiality and a respectful approach to care.

Bonus If You:

Have certification in CPR and first aid.
Possess additional languages or experience with diverse populations.
Have experience in assistive technology for home care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include availability on any day of the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, with a focus on serving clients in Lincolnwood, Illinois.

Undergo national background and DMV checks.
Receive 12 hours of annual training to remain current and proficient with the skill set needed to provide targeted care.
Receive regular performance reviews from their supervisor to ensure that they provide high-quality care.
