Role Overview:

As a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator at, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our caregivers to ensure optimal care for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team and management to facilitate smooth operations and maintain a high level of service. Whether you work on-site in San Rafael, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional home care experience while ensuring our clients are well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate daily schedules for caregivers to ensure client coverage.
2. Communicate with caregivers and clients to address scheduling needs and changes effectively.
3. Utilize scheduling software technology to enhance coordination and efficiency.
4. Monitor caregiver availability and client needs to anticipate scheduling conflicts.
5. Assist with office administration tasks including caregiver recruitment and interviewing.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in scheduling and administrative support roles.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
5. Familiarity with scheduling software or tools is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in home care or healthcare settings with scheduling.
2. Possess a background or certification in Human Resources or related fields.
3. Are bilingual and can communicate in languages other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

This position is on-site only and based in San Rafael, California.
