What You Will Do

• Support clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and support dietary needs
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate visit documentation using your smartphone
• Assist with light administrative tasks when caregiver hours are low (scheduling, data entry)
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Are You the Right Fit?

• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid preferred
• Experience is a plus, but we welcome new caregivers with heart and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to client dignity
• Able to work independently and manage time well
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and documentation
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Main Line–NW Philly area
