In-Home Caregiver

We proudly serve Loudoun County and Western Fairfax County, including Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, Herndon, Reston, Centreville, Chantilly, Aldie, Middleburg, Purcellville, Hamilton, Round Hill, Waterford, Lovettsville, Paeonian Springs, Clifton, and Great Falls. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to travel throughout our service area.

Qualifications:

• Active PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Previous home care (non-family) or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands
• Document care provided and report changes in client condition
• Complete required annual training and follow each client's individualized care plan

Applicants must successfully pass required background screenings and be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position. We are seeking dependable caregivers available approximately 20–40 hours per week. If that sounds like you, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
