Role Overview:

As a Home Care Aide at FirstLight of Glen Rock, you will be responsible for providing compassionate assistance to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to ensure that the adults we serve can enjoy the comfort and dignity of living at home. You’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Support clients with medication reminders and managing their schedules.
4. Help with household tasks like laundry and light cleaning.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care possible.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.
2. Ability to assist with personal care and household tasks.
3. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
4. Experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but not required.
5. A commitment to reliability and a positive work ethic.
