Role Overview:

As a Senior Caregiver at Home Helpers Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Working on-site in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
3. Assist with medication reminders and monitoring health status as necessary.
4. Encourage and help clients engage in physical and social activities.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Compassionate nature with a desire to help others.
4. Basic knowledge of personal care and home health practices.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR and First Aid.
2. Possess experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
3. Speak additional languages to enhance client communication.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time, with availability required on Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
