Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and dependable care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our nursing and administrative teams to ensure high-quality care and support for our clients. You will work on-site in Richardson, Texas, and enjoy flexible hours tailored to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
3. Provide medication reminders and companionship to clients.
4. Assist clients with mobility and safe transfers.
5. Document the care provided and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous caregiving experience is preferred; CNA certification is a plus.
2. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
3. Current CPR certification or the willingness to obtain it.
4. Ability to pass a background check.
5. Fluency in English.

3. Have experience working with clients with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available seven days a week.

This position is on-site only, located in Richardson, Texas.
