Role Overview:

As a HHA (Home Health Aide) at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal care and support to our valued clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the care team to ensure each individual receives quality support tailored to their unique needs. You will have the flexibility to work on-site in Casselberry, Florida, providing essential services that enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
2. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
3. Assist with medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
4. Provide transportation assistance when needed, ensuring clients can attend appointments and activities.
5. Support families by providing respite care, allowing caregivers to take much-needed breaks.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid Florida HHA certification or relevant experience.
2. Strong verbal communication skills in English.
3. Empathy and a compassionate approach to care.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated care team.
5. Dependability and a strong commitment to client welfare.

Bonus If You:

1. Have previous experience working with seniors or individuals with special needs.
2. Possess training in first aid or CPR.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available Tuesday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site in Casselberry, Florida.
