FirstLight Home Care is hiring dedicated Live-In Caregivers to provide full-time, individual assistance for seniors throughout private homes in Bergen County.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver attentive 1-on-1 personal assistance, companion care, and safety supervision.
  • Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfer movements.
  • Prepare home-cooked meals, maintain light cleanliness, and issue timely medication prompts.

BASIC CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide (NJ-HHA) Certification.
  • Functional English communication skills.
  • Medical Clearance: Physical exam and TB/PPD test within the last 12 months.
  • Recorded MMR immunization status.
