Comfort Keepers is now hiring Home Care Aides in Shelby, NC and surrounding areas for all shifts — including daytime, evening, overnight, weekdays, and weekends. We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care

• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding, and hygiene
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort

Cognitive Support

• Provide care for individuals living with moderate to severe dementia
• Use proven techniques to manage behaviors and provide emotional support

Companionship and Homemaking

• Prepare meals, offer medication reminders, and provide meaningful companionship
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA is preferred
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality in-home care
