Role Overview

As a Caregiver with Homewatch CareGivers of Lehigh Valley, you’ll provide dependable, personalized in-home care for individuals of all ages. You’ll be part of a team that values compassion, dignity, and quality of life — bringing comfort and peace of mind to families. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area.

• Provide compassionate, individualized care to clients of all ages.
• Build meaningful connections that promote companionship, safety, and well-being.
• Maintain open communication and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have a compassionate, caring nature.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are dependable and supportive in your approach to caregiving.
• Can work Monday–Friday and every other weekend.
• Have 2+ years of caregiving experience.

Bonus points if you:

• Hold First Aid and CPR certification.
• Have experience in memory care.
