About the Role

Our Mechanical Project Sales Professional is responsible for achieving project sales objectives. Serving as the primary liaison between customers, design, subcontractors, and field operations. This position is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting JS3's core values.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the HVAC market.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to propose customized HVAC solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project specifications.

You are a good candidate if you:

  1. Have HVAC experience. This role will be responsible for offering real SOLUTIONS for customers that solve the customer's needs, meet manufacturer specifications, pass code and permitting guidelines, so mechanical systems experience is necessary.
  2. Have sales experience or at least be VERY comfortable and confident in sharing knowledge, talking to strangers and introducing yourself. In short, LOTS of communication!
  3. Are a self-starter, this role comes with set objectives that will require dedication to time management and meeting schedules and deadlines.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Have a background in mechanical/building engineering
  • Have strong connections to local commercial building management industry leaders.
  • Have a background in marketing and advertising
  • Are comfortable with data entry, software systems and creating and maintaining reports.
