Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized care and support to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
3. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the management team.
4. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment that respects each client's needs and preferences.
5. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure client satisfaction and care quality.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping others.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Bonus If You:

1. Possess CPR/First Aid certification.
2. Have experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
3. Hold any formal training or certification in home care or related fields.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with flexibility to work Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Austin, Texas.
