Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and clients to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a positive impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
3. Collaborate with families to understand and meet client needs.
4. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate nature and a desire to help others.
2. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Speak additional languages.
3. Have experience working with specific populations (e.g., elderly, disabled).

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time availability, including shifts on Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This is an on-site position located in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
