Groundskeeper

Job Summary:

As a mobile Groundskeeper, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our residential and multifamily properties across multiple locations. You'll work on a set schedule, travel between sites, and support the maintenance and property management teams to create a welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds & Cleaning: Maintain clean walkways, parking lots, and landscaping. Clean common areas like lobbies, stairwells, and laundry rooms.
• Trash & Recycling: Manage waste and recycling from common areas, report large pickups, and maintain disposal areas.
• Safety & Security: Identify hazards, report issues, and ensure common area access is secure.
• Resident Support: Respond to basic resident requests, assist with move-ins/outs, and clean vacated units.
• Admin & Projects: Log tasks, help with supplies, assist in seasonal projects and inspections, support snow removal, and serve as office custodian backup.

Qualifications:

• Experience in groundskeeping/custodian/landscaping preferred
• Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, personal vehicle
• Ability to pass background and driving checks
