Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the DFW area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our healthcare team to empower individuals to live their best lives and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will enjoy the flexibility of building your schedule around your availability while making a meaningful impact in your patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess patients' physical abilities and plan individualized rehabilitation programs.
2. Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure effective progress toward goals.
3. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and home exercises.
4. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with clinical staff and other healthcare providers.
5. Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
2. Experience in home health or outpatient settings.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
5. Commitment to delivering compassionate and quality care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with diverse populations.
2. Are bilingual, especially in Spanish.
3. Possess relevant certifications in therapy techniques (e.g., orthopedic, pediatric).

Location:

This position is on-site only in Dallas, Texas, serving the DFW area.
