Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to implement personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for each individual. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
2. Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Provide companionship and support to clients to encourage their independence and well-being.
4. Communicate with team members to update on client progress and needs.
5. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor toward clients.
4. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
5. Certification or training in caregiving or related healthcare fields is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Are bilingual, particularly in English, which is beneficial for communication.
2. Have experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care.
3. Possess first aid and CPR certifications.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with flexible hours, including availability on weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Ventura, California.
