Role Overview:

As a Personal Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to implement personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for each individual. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
2. Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' well-being.
4. Monitor and document clients' health and safety needs regularly.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and reliable demeanor in providing care.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
3. Ability to follow care plans and provide assistance tailored to individual needs.
4. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certifications.
2. Speak additional languages to better serve our diverse clientele.
3. Have a background in health care or home health services.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Ventura, California.
