Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to implement personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for each individual. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
2. Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Monitor and record clients’ health and progress, communicating changes to the care team.
4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
5. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
2. Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Previous experience in home care or a related field.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have relevant certification in caregiving or healthcare.
2. Are familiar with home care software for scheduling and documentation.
3. Possess CPR and First Aid certification.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with flexibility to work any day of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Ventura, California.
