Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to implement personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for each individual. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that works for you while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
2. Implement and follow individualized care plans based on client needs.
3. Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, bathing, and grooming.
4. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
5. Maintain clear and open communication with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Empathy and a strong commitment to providing compassionate care.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certification.
2. Are bilingual, speaking languages other than English.
3. Have experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible hours throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This is an on-site position based in Ventura, California, and we welcome applications from candidates located in the area.
