Certified Home Health Aide

Do you have a passion for caring for others and providing one-on-one support? We’re seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers to deliver quality in-home care to clients in the Monticello area.

You’ll make a meaningful impact by helping clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their homes—while enjoying flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive work culture.

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, walking, and repositioning
• Medication Reminders: Encourage clients to follow prescribed schedules
• Health Monitoring: Report changes to the care team
• Household Tasks: Light cleaning, meal prep, and laundry
• Companionship: Offer engagement, conversation, and emotional support
• Safety Awareness: Help maintain a hazard-free home
• Documentation: Record care provided and communicate updates
• Collaboration: Work with families and care teams for consistent support

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA license (required)
• Previous caregiver or in-home care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail

What You’ll Receive

• $15–$23/hour (based on experience and case)
• Weekly pay
• Flexible shift options: days, evenings, overnights, weekends
