Role Overview:

As a Home Health Nurse at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a home setting. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and care teams to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while working on-site in Richardson, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting.
Medication administration and management.
Monitoring and documenting patient condition.
Collaborating with families and care teams.
Assisting with treatments and physician-ordered care plans.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Compassionate and dependable attitude.
Home health or private duty experience preferred.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Reliable transportation.

Bonus If You:

Have experience in geriatric care.
Are bilingual.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Richardson, Texas.
