Our licensed, bonded, and trained caregivers offer personalized services including companionship, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and 24/7 care. We aim to offer our clients personalized non-medical support services in their homes, assisting the elderly, disabled, and others needing assistance to maintain quality of life. Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands - NE San Antonio, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and support to seniors and individuals in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of the individuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Support clients with daily activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
3. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with nutritional needs.
4. Remind clients to take medications and ensure compliance with care plans.
5. Document care services provided and report any concerns to the supervising staff.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Prior experience in caregiving, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.
2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
3. Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
4. Ability to follow care plans and work independently.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
2. Possess training in geriatric care or related fields.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include work on any day of the week, including weekends.
