Homewatch CareGivers of Billings is a brand-new location (opened in March 2024) for Homewatch CareGivers, which has been in business for over 40 years with over 268 locations. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing personalized, compassionate, and professional in-home care that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being. We value integrity, trust, compassion, respect, and partnership as we expand in Billings and the surrounding areas.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Billings, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure each client feels valued, seen, and supported while maintaining their independence and dignity. Whether you work part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create meaningful relationships and make a significant impact in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude.
2. Assist clients with activities of daily living (e.g., walking, grooming, bathing).
3. Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
4. Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities.
5. Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not required.
2. Ability to provide compassionate and respectful support to clients.
3. Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
4. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
5. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications related to caregiving or healthcare.
2. Possess experience working with elderly or disabled clients.
3. Are knowledgeable about local resources and community services for clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Billings, Montana. We welcome applicants from Montana as we focus on providing personalized, in-home care services.
