Title: Caregiver / Companion – Flexible Short & Full Shifts – Start This Week

Starting Pay: $15.50 – $16.50/hr for standard shifts (short-shift premium up to $17.50/hr)

Locations: Denton, Prosper, Celina, Gunter, Frisco (North), Melissa, Anna, Frisco

What You’ll Get

• Flexible shifts: short 3- to 6-hour blocks, weekday mornings, evenings, weekends, or full-time options.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with daily activities: bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility assistance.

• Keep the home safe and comfortable.

• Transport clients to appointments, errands, social outings.

• Use the Care App to log tasks, communicate issues, and coordinate with the care team.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + automobile insurance.

• Must pass national & multi-jurisdictional background checks, DMV check, TB & drug screening.

• Experience in a home care or facility setting preferred but not required — we train.

• Must be able to follow quality standards of care and engage with the care team.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a heart for serving older adults.
